January 28, 2010 - ORC - Notice to the Industry - Licensees Suspended - Investigation Continues into Death of Racehorses
As a result of continuing investigations into the death of two racehorses, on January 19, 2010, the Director ordered the immediate suspension of the ORC licences of Owner/Trainer Jason E. Robertson, Owner/Trainer Chantell L. Robertson, and Owner/Trainer Brittany M. Robertson, all of Sudbury, ON.
The ORC investigation is continuing.
