The Ontario Racing Program's Implementation and Monitoring (IM) Group has issued a new Facts ON Track - this one on understanding the purse account.
Rob McKay, speaking on behalf of the IM Group, pointed out that, on average, close to 99 % of purse money earned every year is paid out every year. "But this
